Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, RichGirlsBlvd will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery may be denied.

Lost or Stolen Packages

RichGirlsBlvd is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the tracking information shows the order as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery issues.
